📦 About Orders & Shipping

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

We process your order in 1 to 3 business days. After that, standard shipping within the U.S. takes 5-7 business days, and express shipping takes 2-3 days. International shipping: 7-21 days depending on the country.

Do I get free shipping?

Yes! All orders over $85 USD within the United States automatically receive free shipping.

Do I receive a tracking number?

Yes. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse in Miami, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can track it in real-time.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to over 27 countries. Import taxes and duties are the buyer's responsibility according to each country's regulations.

Are all perfumes original?

100% yes. We work directly with official perfume houses and authorized distributors. We guarantee the authenticity of every fragrance.

What is the difference between Eau de Parfum (EDP) and Eau de Toilette (EDT)?

EDP has a higher concentration of essence (15-20%), so it lasts longer on the skin (6-8 hours). EDT is lighter (5-15%), ideal for daily use (3-5 hours). Extrait de Parfum is even more concentrated (20-40%) and lasts all day.

What are Arabic perfumes and why are they special?

Arabic perfumes come from a millenary perfumery tradition. They use noble ingredients such as oud, amber, musk, Taif rose, jasmine, and precious woods. They tend to be more intense and long-lasting than Western perfumes, and come in luxuriously designed bottles.

Can I try the perfume before buying?

Due to the nature of online sales, we do not offer physical samples, but each product includes a detailed description with its notes (top, middle, and base). If you need personalized advice, please contact us.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay with installment payments.

Can I return a product?

Due to the exclusive nature of our luxury products, all sales are final. The only exception is if it arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
