❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Is the discount applied automatically? Is there a code?
It is AUTOMATICALLY applied when the quantity is reached. You DO NOT need a code. You will see the discount reflected in the cart before checkout.
Can I mix products?
Yes. The important thing is the TOTAL quantity. 6 different products = 12% off. 12 different products = 15% off. Etc.
What if I want more than 36 units?
We recommend applying to our Wholesale Program. You get 20-40% off, payment terms, dedicated support, and negotiable prices. Ideal for serious reselling.
Do I need a company or EIN?
NO. Dozen purchases are for ANY customer. You don't need a company, EIN, or license. Wholesale has those requirements, but dozens do not.
Can I combine it with my friend's affiliate code?
Not simultaneously. Our system automatically chooses the greater discount. If the affiliate code gives you 10% but the volume discount gives you 15%, only the 15% applies.
Do you ship internationally with a dozen purchase?
Currently, only within the United States. We are working on HAZMAT certification for international shipments (LatAm and Europe). When available, volume discounts will also apply.
What if I want Miami pickup for a large purchase?
