PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
SHIPPING METHODS & RATES (United States Only)
- Standard Shipping: $8.00 — Delivery in 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: $15.00 — Delivery in 2-3 business days
- Free Shipping on orders over $85.00
WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
HAZARDOUS MATERIALS (HAZMAT)
Perfumes and fragrances contain alcohol and are classified as hazardous materials under U.S. Department of Transportation regulations:
- All fragrance orders ship via Ground service only (no Air shipping)
- Shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may be restricted
- International shipping is not available for fragrance products
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number. Allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Contact us within 48 hours at info@froilanluxury.com with order number and photos.
