Do you ship throughout the United States?

Yes, we ship to all 50 states in the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

What are the rates and times?

  • Standard: $8 USD — 3 to 5 business days
  • Express: $15 USD — 1 to 2 business days
  • FREE Shipping: on purchases of $85 USD or more
  • Free pickup in Miami: 3421 NW Flagler Ter (by appointment)

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as we dispatch your order (1-2 business days after purchase).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All payments are securely processed by Shopify Payments.

In what currency are the prices?

All prices are in US dollars (USD).

↩️ Returns and Warranties

Do you accept returns?

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrances are NOT accepted for return. This policy is standard in perfumery.

What if it arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost. You have 48 hours from receipt to report it with photos to info@froilanluxury.com.

Are the products original?

Yes, 100%. We are independent distributors with an LLC registered in Florida and a Resale Certificate. We work directly with authorized suppliers of authentic Arab brands.

How long does an Arab perfume last?

Much longer than Western ones: Extrait 12-24h, EDP 8-12h, EDT 4-6h, Attar/Oil 24-48h. They have a higher concentration of aromatic oils (up to 40%).

Yes. Monthly Plan $19.99/month or Annual Plan $99.99/year. For the first 10 resellers, there's a discount with code PRIMEROS10 ($79.99/year). Minimum order $200 USD for the first purchase, $100 USD for recurring orders.
