These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of froilanluxurygroup.com (the "Site") operated by Froilan Luxury Group LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age and capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is error-free. Colors and packaging may vary slightly from images shown.
3. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Shopify Payments, and Zelle. Sales tax is calculated based on shipping address. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase, subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.
5. AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE
We guarantee all products are 100% authentic and sourced from authorized distributors. We do not sell counterfeit, tester, or unauthorized merchandise.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FROILAN LUXURY GROUP LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT IN QUESTION.
11. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Froilan Luxury Group LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND BINDING ARBITRATION
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the Site, or your purchase shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in the State of Florida. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
13. CLASS ACTION WAIVER
YOU AND FROILAN LUXURY GROUP LLC AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTES SHALL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. YOU ALSO WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15. FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of war, pandemics, government actions, carrier delays, or supplier failures.
16. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
17. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Froilan Luxury Group LLC.
