30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. To be eligible:

- Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all seals intact

- Original receipt or proof of purchase required

- Product must not show signs of use or tampering

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

- Opened fragrances or perfumes (for hygiene and safety reasons)

- Items marked "Final Sale"

- Gift cards

- Items returned after the 30-day window

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

1. Email info@froilanluxury.com with order number and reason

2. Wait for return authorization (1-2 business days)

3. Ship to the address provided

4. Refund processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect

REFUND PROCESSING

Refunds issued to original payment method. Original shipping is non-refundable unless return is due to our error.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a prepaid return label and full refund or replacement.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the original and place a new order.
